Project Description

 Construction of new electrical installations works at five (5) independent levels (3.500sqm) at Xalandri, Attikis , with the following detailed works:

• Installation works in order to provide the electric power supply of the building lighting, the power sockets ,ventilation and the air conditioning equipment’s
• Installation works in order to provide electric power of electric panel (Normal power – UPS power – HZ power)
• Installation and connection works of local electrical panels
• Supply , installation and connection of cabling in order to make the building lighting control with  new KNX systems for the indoor and outdoor lighting system using local control panels and motion detectors .
• Supply and installations works of the low voltage cablings for security and protection systems (fire detection – alarm system – access control-CCTV )
• Supply, installation, termination and certification of building structured cabling in order to create a new data network using cooper and fiber optic cables.
• Supply and installations works of the cablings infrastructure using metal cable tray , plastic cable trucking , pipes etc
• Supply and installation of IT cabinets (racks 19’’)
• Installation and connection works of cabling and equipment for BMS System operation
• Supply and installations works of the fire alarm and extinguishing system in server room area
• Installation and connection works of power generator 110 kva equipment
• Installation and connection works of UPS equipment
• Installation and commissioning works of new systems
• As Built Drawing and measurements according to HD 384
